Karen has been active in U.S. and International university admissions since 1986. She has a Master’s Degree in American Government and Public Administration from Kansas State University. Karen has been living in Singapore since 1990 and has worked for the Center for American Education and the U.S. Education Information Center since 1994. |

Marty Post, Advisor |

Marty is an American citizen who was born in New York City and also lived in Northern California and Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Marty has been living in Singapore since 2004 and joined the United States Education Information Center in April 2006. |

Tori Chan, Advising Services |
|
Tori is usually the first person our students, their parents or other visitors see when they come to our office. At our reception desk she provides basic information about USEIC services, schedules advising sessions, arranges for student visa appointments and more. A Malaysian citizen, Tori has been with USEIC since spring of 2005. |

Agnieszka (Asha) Pastor, Institutional Development |

Agnieszka is originally from Poland but spent many years living in Hartford, CT and Atlanta, GA. Asha has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Student Development in Higher Education and over 6 years of experience working admissions, academic advising and learning support settings. She joined the USEIC in August 2006. |
CHAN CHING OI, CEO ISS Holdings |

Chan Ching Oi is the Chief Executive Officer of the ISS Education Group in Singapore. A division of this group, The Center for American Education, was appointed by the US State Department in 1998 to run the United States Education Information Center. Mrs. Chan received a Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California (San Francisco) and spent 28 years with the Ministry of Health in Singapore. |
